Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. All fragrances sold by PERFELO are 100% authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers.
Are you affiliated with the brands you sell?
No. PERFELO is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands listed on our website unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free shipping on qualifying orders of $95 or more.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days within Florida and 2–8 business days for out-of-state orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped outside Florida are not charged sales tax. Orders shipped within Florida may be subject to applicable sales tax.
Can I return my order?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
What items are non-returnable?
Opened or used products, gift cards, promotional items, final sale items, and testers are not eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–8 days.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Do you sell samples or only full-size bottles?
Availability depends on the product. Some items may be offered in sample format, while others are sold as full-size bottles.
