Refund policy

- We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, description, photos of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Processing Returns
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 8 days.
- Please note that we do not accept tester returns (if purchased)
6. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at wilmer@perfelo.com with details and photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. International Returns
- For international returns, the same policies apply, but please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may also be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
